- METRO line 5 directly to the Ventas bullring 🐴🐂, Gran Vía, and Callao; next to Sol.
- The city center is 10 stops away, which means it's a ⏱️ 20-minute metro ride from Alojamiento Brianda.
- 👍🏽 Bus connections to the center, other neighborhoods and IFEMA (very close 10 minutes by car, less than 20 minutes by bus (it's the 104). 👌🏽).
- The apartment is on Calle Alcalá. For strollers, this street leads directly to the Ventas Bullring (30 minutes). It then leads through the Salamanca district and the city's most exclusive shopping area, to Puerta de Alcalá, Retiro Park, and Plaza de la Cibeles, which is 6 km away—a good hour and a half walk. 🚶♂️➡️🚶➡️🚶♀️➡️
- If you're flying in and the group is three or four, a taxi is definitely recommended, as it's very close. It costs approximately €20.
- Another option is the pink metro line 8 from the airport to Mar de Cristal, followed by a bus (30 minutes) that drops you off at the door.
- If you're coming by car, parking is usually easy in the area, as it's a quiet residential area.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Arrival Guide:
In any case, please be extremely SILENT and maintain discreet and civil behavior in the building's common areas, so as not to disturb the neighbors. This is a priority, please.
Be careful with your suitcases; do not cause damage or leave dirt.
The community is very quiet, and neighbors should not be impacted in any way by your stay in the apartment.
Likewise, inside the apartment, silence and good behavior are requested.
Arrival method:
In-person reception. You must ring the intercom and someone will open the building door for you to hand over the keys.
House Guide:
The router is on the nightstand in the master bedroom. And on the back is the password.
Some drawers and cupboards in the house appear closed. Please respect the host's privacy. There are no valuables inside, just personal items that we would appreciate if you didn't tamper with.
